Celebrating 30 successful years

Our People

Our reputation is built around our people and the service they provide.

The quality homes and projects we build and our services are provided using the expertise of our competent team and specialist local tradesmen who work in a professional manner and demonstrate commitment to our customer whilst delivering an excellent value for money service.

We recruit trainees locally and in conjunction with Construction Skills, we currently have modern apprentices working for us whilst they train at local colleges to further develop their technical skills on their way to attaining professional craft qualifications. We continually train, develop and support our teams ensuring they are competent to maintain high standards, work safely and considerately.

Our commitment to competence and safety is evident with many of our Site Managers holding the NHBC Level 4 Construction Site Management qualification and almost 50% of our workforce holding the 5-Day Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.

Most of our Construction Management has progressed internally from an apprentice through the roles of a tradesman, site supervisor and site foreman to become Site Manager or Contract Manager and many of our staff have over 10 years loyal service with us and several over 25 years.

The company aims to be a good employer, employing local people across all departments. In line with our Equal Opportunities Policy, we promote equality and diversity and ensure the welfare, health and safety of all our staff is of paramount importance.
