Through the duration of the university’s summer holidays, ABC undertook the refurbishment of 18nr kitchens within the student halls of residence. Within this tight timescale, we undertook the replacement of the existing kitchen facilities which included replacement of the existing central heating boilers for the student blocks, vinyl floor coverings and re-decoration The works were carried out in a systematic manner, enabling the University to take occupation of the kitchens in sufficient time for the intake of the new students “Excellent” rating across all categories of our Client Satisfaction Survey, completed by Ray McGahon, Estates Manger, University of Cumbria.
