We have once again expanded, with the opening of a 3rd office, plus we now offer a bespoke Design and Build service.
Located in King Street, Penrith, the sales office for Atkinson Homes, Builders and Electrical is open Monday to Friday 10am-4pm or by appointment.
The Design and Build team complements our building department with over 30 years’ experience and many building awards. The service includes - a site survey, a consultation to discuss the property owners budget, bespoke proposals and planning considerations for a suitable designed scheme, scaled plans, 3 dimensional drawings, design, access and Heritage Statements and the submission of a planning application to gain approval.
The appointment of a Planning and Development Coordinator with extensive experience in both Urban and Rural Local Authorities, has been an astute move for us as we now hold a 100% success rate for planning application approval on all householder developments.
