We are pleased to announce the completion of our most recent major refurbishment project at the George & Dragon in Clifton. Atkinsons are proud to have been appointed as the main contractor, helping to reinstate the venue following significant fire damage.
Works included the removal of existing damaged structural beams and associated timber joists, the supply and installation of new partial replacement floor structures, not to mention specialist future fire prevention works.
The team has worked extremely hard to bring this unique building back to life, with the installation of a new commercial kitchen, refurbishment works to bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as specialist stone cleaning. Although new elements and structures have been added, the aim was to ensure George & Dragon kept its unique charm.
