Another fantastic project completed by the Atkinsons team!
This project included a full internal remodel of a home situated within Keswick, following new ownership. Our clients requested a full renovation to update the interior to their preferences.
We completed the rip-out and installation of 3 bathrooms, a full electrical re-wire, installation of a new plumbing system, as well as some structural works to the kitchen and first floor. The main bathroom was extended on the first floor, creating a new modern space with a free-standing bath.
Our team removed an existing wall which separated the utility and the kitchen, with a new doorway created into the existing garage. The result is a bright, modern, and spacious kitchen/diner, ideal for family time and entertaining. The home now maximizes natural light, and the new kitchen complements this feature beautifully.
The rear elevation of the home was stripped back to the brick and re-boarded with thermal boards. We also carried out a woodworm treatment in the loft. External work included replacing the soffits, fascias, and guttering around the house.
