We’re excited to unveil our recent transformation of a property in Penrith!
The brief: convert a traditional garage into a stunning contemporary living space with an extended kitchen.
To achieve our client’s vision of an enhanced living space, we removed the old garage door and an internal solid wall, effectively opening up the area and creating a seamless integration with the rest of the home.
To elevate the space further we installed two sleek skylights. This allowed the newly transformed space to be flooded with natural light, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to these structural and aesthetic changes, our team undertook comprehensive plumbing and electrical work to ensure the space was fully functional and met modern standards. These updates were essential in making the new living area both comfortable and practical.
The result is a beautifully modernised living space perfect for bustling family gatherings, yet equally suited for peaceful moments of relaxation.
