We recently welcomed Tim Farron MP to our development in Ambleside to discuss the importance of affordable housing in this beautiful but increasingly challenging area for locals to secure homes. With demand high and a significant number of homes held as second properties, securing housing in popular Lake District spots like Ambleside has become difficult for many local residents.
In partnership with Home Group, we are addressing this need by delivering 22 affordable rental properties. It was a pleasure to discuss our commitment to tackling the afforadble housing shortage with Tim, and to share how much of our work is dedicated to creating accessible housing solutions that support our community's needs.
