This property had a very poorly insulated, single skin, 2 storey rear extension
Planning permission was gained for a rear elevation extension to create a new kitchen and utility room on the ground floor with a large bathroom to the 1st floor
The 2nd floor was altered to provide access to the new roof terrace with glass balustrade, rear dormer windows rebuilt and a Velux window to the front elevation
Other internal alterations were undertaken to create new French doors and an office/study area
The existing electrical and heating installations were also upgraded
