REFURBISHMENT & EXTENSION , STAIR

We built a bespoke extension and undertook an extensive internal refurbishment project to this property in the village of stair, set in the Newlands valley near Keswick.

The main work undertaken included:

• A new ground source heat pump with underfloor heating
• New bathroom suite
• New kitchen
• A full rewire of the property
• New designer stove installed
• New extension, faced with Lakeland stone
• Full internal and external decoration
