An eye catching design seen when entering the town from the south. The existing detached Victorian property provided the core of the development and the new extensions merge with the old, achieving 17 unit project of flats and family homes. Built with a timber frame, re-using many materials from demolition sections of the existing building, we provide a sustainable low cost development. A collaborative scheme with contractor purchased site and design and building methodology.
