An extension to the Eden Rural Foyer project we converted back in 2004, following the acquisition of the neighbouring premises and land, we negotiated a contract with Impact Housing Association to provide 27nr flats and a sure start children’s centre on the ground floor.
The children’s centre constructed to bream excellent standards and the flats to Level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes. Built over 5 stories on a confined town centre site, health and safety was given the highest regard. Great consideration was also given to the neighboring elderly persons home and local businesses.
