In a picturesque location on the banks of the River Eden, a traditional sandstone barn was transformed into a luxury holiday let. An unstable structure, in an isolated location and restrictive planning made this a very interesting project. This success occurred with direct contact and negotiation with our client and without an architect through the build process.
