A rural family holiday home at the bottom of the Pennines, the property which had previously remained untouched for a generation, was transformed into a modern accommodation whilst maintaining it’s rustic origin.
With the use of a borehole to provide drinking water and ground source heat pump, it is an ideal example of how the old mixes with the new. Awarded following a competitive tendering process. An example of how our skilled tradesman adapt to conversion works, with the same qualities of new build projects.
